What is Holistic & Integrative Psychotherapy?
Holistic Psychotherapy focuses on the wellness of mind, body, and spirit of a person. Holistic Psychotherapy also facilitates deeper understanding of a person as a whole being and encourages greater self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-acceptance.
Integrative Psychotherapy acknowledges the unique needs of an individual as a whole person, by incorporating elements of different models/modalities based on each person’s needs and circumstances.

$225 for 45-Minutes Initial Consultation and Ongoing Sessions
$325 for 90-Minutes EMDR/Brainspotting Sessions
We do offer a limited number of sliding fee slots ($100 to $200/per session) based on financial need.

Do you take insurance?HOW do i find out if I have out of network benefits?
I do not take any insurance as an in-network provider. However, insurance companies often cover Out-of-Network providers (like myself!)
Please, confirm your Out-of-Network Coverage by asking your insurance company the following questions:
Do I have mental health benefits?
Do I have Out-of-Network Coverage ?
What is my Out-of-Network deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is a referral from my primary care physician required?
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice for appointments. If you are unable to show up for a scheduled appointment and provide less than a 24 hour notice, you will be required to pay for the full cost of the session.
